A mysterious city shaped by the intersection of diverse people and cultures—Nagasaki. We’ve captured the charm of Nagasaki in this special cookie tin.

This creation was crafted by three remarkable individuals: Chef Nakamura of “Gateau Friand,” who preserves the recipe for Japan’s oldest cheesecake; Sumi Ishibashi, a Nagasaki native who studied design in London; and Representative Nakayama of Irohaya Co., Ltd., a company with 170 years of history.
